How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 2–3 days' notice for most gifts, and up to a week for elaborate hampers or fully personalized pieces. Tell us your date when you enquire and we'll confirm what's possible.

Can I customize what's inside?

Yes — every collection can be adjusted around your budget, the recipient's tastes, or specific items you'd like included. Use the gift finder above or just tell us what you have in mind when you enquire.

What are your delivery timelines?

We currently deliver across Bangalore. Once your order is confirmed, we'll share a delivery window based on the collection you've chosen and any personalization involved.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, bank transfer, and major cards. Payment details are shared once your gift and delivery date are finalized.

Do you deliver outside Bangalore?

Not yet — we're currently taking early bookings within Bangalore only, and reply within one business day to every enquiry.

Can I add a personal message?
